Haydn was one of the most influential composers in history. As the composer and orchestra director for the Esterhazy family - a role that was essentially a “personal radio” during the time - Haydn scaled the ranks and impact of European aristocracy. Not only an amazing composer and musician, Haydn impacted the lives of composers to come, both as a teacher (having been one of Beethoven’s first) and mentor. Join as Teacher Ava shares his music and influence during this interactive and engaging course.
