Opus 1 Music Studio is a professional music studio based in the Northern California Area since 2006. We offer private and group music lessons at our Mountain View and Palo Alto locations. Instruments include piano, violin, viola, voice, ukulele and guitar.
An Opus is a creative work by a musical composer that represents a great achievement and a chapter of legacy. Opus 1 was chosen as our name because we believe that every child is a masterpiece in the making! We invite you to learn more about our programs by exploring this website or visiting our studio. Our History
2006 - 2007 Home studio founded by Doris and Sici
2007 - 2011 We moved to the same building at Heads Up School (Emerson School) in Palo Alto (4 rooms)
2010 - present We opened Mountain View Grant Road Campus (6 rooms)
2014 - 2017 We opened Palo Alto El Camino Campus #200 (7 rooms)
2017 - present We moved downstair at the Palo Alto Campus #103 (14 rooms)
2020 - present We are in the process of opening North Mountain View Moffett Campus
2022 - present New location is ready!
