How do I sign students up for the recital?
The invitation is sent to all teachers through io - Teacher portal: https://musicopus1.com/student-event-registration - Links are also always included in Currents posts
My student told me they want to change times, can you help?
They will need to contact us directly. If they sent the message over io comments let us know so we can validate it
My student will not make the lesson today/whenever, can you cancel the lesson for them?
Please have students cancel on their own through their account, or send an email to admin
What should I do if I have a last-minute emergency and who should I contact?
Please email to admin and cc to Kyle or Sam immediately. In the meantime, fill out the time off form
What should I do when I have a trial lesson?
Please come to the front desk to welcome and introduce yourself
What should I do when a student is late for her/his lesson?
Please contact us immediately so we can contact the family. You can do this by walking to the front desk or messaging “admin@musicopus1.com” through Google Chat
What should I do if the student does not obey the rules or has any issues?

Where can I get help if I want to purchase new books that studio does not have in stock?

How do I print something?
If connected to the correct wi-fi network, you’ll be able to Air Print to the printer. If you have trouble, you can email the admin@musicopus1.com address and kindly ask the available admin to print for you
Can I get student contact information?
No. You may contact them directly through Opus 1 io.
The room is too hot/cold, how can I change it?
Please let admin know so we can adjust the thermostat
Can I purchase books/retail from Opus 1?
Yes, you can purchase them the same way students do
