About Teacher yuri (level ii)

Teacher Yuri is a graduate of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she earned her Master’s degree in music and from Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangzhou, China where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in music. She has won numerous awards including the International Piano Competition of Macau and Concerto competition of Xinghai Conservatory of Music. Since beginning piano at the age of six, she has performed in numerous concerts as a soloist and collaborative artist.

Teacher Yuri has more than seven years of teaching experience for both private lessons and group classes at every level. She is a member of the Chinese Music Teachers Association of Northern California and specialized at helping students prepare for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Exams. Teacher Yuri enjoys sharing her patient and encouraging approach to teaching while maintaining strong standards for lessons while creating a lifelong love of music.
